We are seeking a skilled and motivated technical mind who loves writing thoughtful software, isn't afraid of a challenge and is ready to expand his or her skill set. As part of the team you will work directly with co-founders to bring designs to life for our clients’ products in diverse industries such as live video streaming, e-commerce and social media marketing.
The ideal candidate is a polyglot; someone who may favor certain tool sets but is always evaluating new tools and carefully considering what is right for the job.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with engineering leads on frontend related sprint tasks.
Work directly with product leads to advise on product definition and UI/UX design
Lead design and implementation of style, templating, and interaction best practices and methodologies
Work with team through project management, advising on backlog, delivery schedules, and sprint planning.

Ruby/Rails/Sinatra/Node.js
Ember (ES6/ES7)
CSS3 (SCSS)
HTML5 (Handlebars)
Background:
Degree in CS or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience developing production software
An excellent communicator and team collaborator
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, Git preferred.
Experience with test driven development and agile methodologies
Production experience with Ember, React, Angular, or equivalent frontend tool
Bonus Points:
Experience with automated browser testing tools
- Experience with third party Javascript API integrations (eg. Stripe, Facebook, etc.)
